What Youll Do:
Operate balers and sort recyclable materials
Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Support product reclamation and team operations
What You Bring:
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Positive attitude and team spirit
