Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Permitting and Contract Coordinator. The coordinator will manage permit applications and renewals, oversee contract negotiation and administration, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements. Additional duties involve maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and providing excellent customer service throughout the permitting process.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating permits and contracts
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with contract negotiation and management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in construction or a related industry is advantageous
