We’re Hiring: Director of Sales – Courtyard by Marriott (Farmington)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and drive business performance at our Courtyard by Marriott property in Farmington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Drive corporate, transient, and group business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Collaborate with revenue management and operations to optimize performance
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel sales leadership (preferably with branded properties)
• Strong understanding of the local market and demand drivers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience with Marriott systems or similar brand standards is a plus
