Position Overview: Maplewood Software dba.StaffReady utilizes React and React Native front end on a Spring/ Java platform to create web-based applications. The React/Java UX Programmer position focuses primarily on React for web browsing and cell phone apps.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Refactor existing jQuery code to React

·        Build new applications and new features on existing applications

·        User Experience design and graphical layouts

·        Create and Maintain code and UX standards

·        Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs

·        Time and project management

·        Source code management with Git, DevOps

·        Excellent communicator, team participant, and servant leader

·        Self-managed and self-motivated

Required Qualifications:

·        Ability to work with cutting edge React and Java code

·        3 or more years of experience

·        Demonstrated leadership capacity
