Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Business Developer to join our on-site team in New York, NY. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. In this role, you will lead the development of strategic plans, present proposals, analyze market trends, and work collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction. Your contributions will support the company’s growth and make a measurable impact on our success in the renovation and maintenance industry.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and understanding client needs.
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, project data, and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience in business development, project management, or sales, particularly in construction, maintenance, or a related industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, on site work environment with excellent time management skills.
