Sales Operations Analyst – Renewals: 26-01216 Full Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales teams through data-driven insights, forecasting, and reporting. This role focuses on improving sales performance, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and identify risks
• Support forecasting and pipeline analysis for monthly and quarterly planning
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support execution
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and support reporting and process improvements
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in Renewals Operations or Field Business Operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (heavy usage required)
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Proven experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales reporting
  

Industry Experience:

SaaS / Software industry preferred
