Growth Opportunity into Project Consultant

We are hiring a Field Representative who is dependable, professional, and interested in learning the business with the opportunity to grow into a Project Consultant role.

This is an entry-level field position for someone who wants to build a long-term career with our company. We are not looking for someone who only wants to handle basic tasks long term. We are looking for someone we can train, develop, and promote based on performance.

Position Overview:
The Field Representative will assist with keeping projects organized and moving efficiently. This role involves working in the field, interacting with homeowners, collecting payments, helping manage file progression, and learning how projects move from start to finish.

This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to our process and create a path for advancement. Candidates who demonstrate strong communication, organization, reliability, and professionalism will have the opportunity to grow into a Project Consultant position.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with homeowners in the field
• Pick up payments and assist with basic file movement
• Help keep projects organized and progressing properly
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions
• Learn the project process from start to finish
• Support field operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Professional and friendly communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
