Billing Support Full Time NEW

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is growing! We are currently accepting applications for full-time Billing Support based out of our Ava, MO location.

This position will be responsible for the daily billing operations at Missouri Ozarks Community Health.

Responsibilities include:

• review of medical, dental, and behavioral health charges and posting daily
• review of claims processing, edit checks, and denied claims corrections
• creating reports
• remaining current on billing codes and practices.

A working knowledge of third party payer systems including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial/private insurance, and Department of Health programs preferred.

Two to four years’ experience in healthcare industry preferred.

Working knowledge of Epic EHR is a plus.
