About the Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overall program performance, governance, and alignment across operations.
The Program Operations Manager partners closely with SOPS leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure all contract deliverables are executed with precision, professionalism, and accountability.
This role provides direct oversight of the Quality & Compliance Manager and ensures effective execution of all quality and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure full contractual, regulatory, and audit compliance across all operations
- Lead KPI management, performance monitoring, and executive reporting
- Facilitate and co-lead the weekly Scorecard, ensuring organizational readiness and responsiveness to SOPS
- Provide executive oversight of Quality Assurance and Compliance programs
- Provide direct oversight of the Quality & Compliance Manager, ensuring accountability, alignment, and execution of quality initiatives
- Establish governance structures to support operational consistency and regulatory adherence
- Oversee the development, approval, and implementation of policies and procedures
- Provide strategic oversight of subcontractor performance and compliance
- Drive data analytics, operational insights, and informed decision-making
- Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Serve as the primary liaison to SOPS leadership
- Develop, mentor, and align teams to strengthen organizational capability and sustain high performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in healthcare operations or pharmacy systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop future leaders
- Strong expertise in compliance, CQI, KPI management, and regulatory oversight
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Education & Credentials
Education: Master’s degree (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field required); PharmD will also be considered
Additional certifications and leadership development experience are a plus
