We’re hiring a Large Shear Operator to join a growing metals facility! This is a hands-on role working with stainless steel materials, cutting and preparing them for production.

If you’re someone who likes physical work, operating equipment, and staying busy, this is a solid opportunity with long-term potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate a large hydraulic shear to cut stainless steel to size
• Feed and position materials (may require team lifting depending on weight)
• Identify and select materials based on alloy type
• Cut materials to meet production specifications
• Inspect materials and report any defects or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience with hydraulic shears or metal processing is a plus
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified preferred
• Strong attention to safety in a noisy, industrial environment
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and movement throughout the shift

Work Environment:

• Industrial / manufacturing setting
• Exposure to noise and heavy materials
• PPE required (cut-resistant gloves, sleeves, etc.)
• Use of safety tools and procedures to prevent injury
