About the Job
As the Head Tech, you’ll lead and coordinate daily field operations, ensure service quality, and uphold performance standards across multiple crews. You’ll be responsible for driving order and consistency in the field while managing projects, people, and pressure with confidence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians.
- Oversee job scheduling, route efficiency, and performance reporting.
- Troubleshoot field challenges and implement long-term process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accountability and quality performance across all field teams.
- Implement structured systems to improve workflow, safety, and compliance.
- Respond quickly and calmly to urgent issues and escalate as needed.
- Execute and track multiple technical projects from start to finish.
Must be able to pass a Drug Test (THC Friendly)
Must submit to a Background Check
Disclosure: Employment is contingent on results of Drug Test and Background Check
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
