What You’ll Get:
- Uncapped Commission: $4,000–$10,000+/mo once ramped

- Community Solar Advisor – Meet with homeowners, enroll them in programs, and earn uncapped commissions.

Compensation:
- $80,000–$150,000+/year realistic range after training
