Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice-President of Business Development. The VP of Business Development will focus on driving new business acquisitions, developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in scaling the business and enhancing market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales, with the ability to close lucrative deals and meet key performance indicators.
• Experience in Account Management, fostering client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience working with developers and property consulting firms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
