Responsibilities

1. Schedule Management

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules using Primavera P6
• Integrate:
• Engineering schedules
• Contractor schedules
• Key approval milestones (AFE, MOC, procurement, etc.)
• Commissioning and operational activities
• Maintain schedule logic:
• Appropriate predecessors, successors, and relationships
• Identification and monitoring of critical path(s)
• Produce and maintain:
• Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 schedules
• Rolling 4‑week look‑ahead schedules
• Track baseline vs. actual progress
• Identify schedule slippage and key drivers
• Update schedules routinely (weekly minimum, daily as needed)
• Provide schedule summaries for stakeholder review

2. Cost Control & Forecasting

• Establish and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) are properly aligned to WBS elements
• Track: (Assist with the following)
• Committed costs
• Actual costs
• Accruals
• Forecasted final cost by month
• Coordinate with internal Accounting or the Project Manager to:
• Obtain SAP actuals
• Manage and validate accruals
• Maintain and report:
• Anticipated change orders
• Forecast impacts due to scope, productivity, or schedule changes

3. Reporting & Earned Value

• Prepare structured project cost reports for management review
• Provide earned value and productivity tracking where applicable:
• Percent complete vs. invoiced amounts
• Labor hours vs. progress
• Identify variances in efficiency and cost performance
• Highlight high‑risk areas requiring corrective action

4. Contractor & Stakeholder Support

• Define expectations from contractors for schedule and cost reporting
• These expectations should be defined for bidders prior to start of the bid process for contractors.
• CF would provide these expectations as part of the bid package CF submits to all bidders.
• Assist with review of contractor schedules and cost submissions
• Support Project Engineers with:
• Forward‑looking risk identification
• Data‑driven decision support

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or construction‑based project environments
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Demonstrated experience with SAP cost reporting and forecasting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an integrated team
• Experience producing schedule and cost reports for leadership review

Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour
