Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position. As a Franchise Business Manager, you will oversee the growth and success of franchise operations, driving business expansion and ensuring franchisees meet goals and standards. Responsibilities include overseeing franchise studios, supporting strategic business operation plans, analyzing financial performance, and providing support to franchise owners in alignment with the company’s vision and values.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
- Proven experience in Business Planning and Business Management
- Knowledge and experience in P&L Management and performance analysis
- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and business software
- Experience in the wellness or body-sculpting industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
