Full Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Busser/Utility Person to join our team at HeyDay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, assisting guests with seating, and providing support in various areas of the facility as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain restrooms to ensure they are sanitary and presentable at all times
- Stock and replenish restroom supplies as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Assist guests in finding seating and provide information about the food hall layout and offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including dining areas and service areas
- Assist in setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and other furniture for events or busy periods
- Support other team members and departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
