NJ’s Largest Swimming Pool Design/Build Firm Is Hiring CAD Drafter / Design Professionals!

About The Position?
Seasonal World is looking for a CAD Drafter / Designer to join our team. Ideal candidate would have experience working with and creating technical plans in AutoCAD. CAD Drafter / Designer will be responsible to create, dimension and detail a series of plans that are associated with the custom swimming pools and backyards that Seasonal World builds for a wide array of residential clients. These plans are used by our internal team to make sure projects are built correctly and serve as the technical resource for various project subcontractors.
In addition the CAD Drafter / Designer will also perform these other critical functions to help ensure a successful outcome for the client:
- Prepare drawings and CAD products as needed by outside engineering firms.
- Collaborate on design matters with sales and construction staff.
- Utilize existing and continue to develop CAD library of previous templates to optimize drafting effort.
- Coordinate CAD services with operations staff so that work is completed and submitted for permitting.
- Evaluate work priorities within the appropriate work queues and align resources to meet required work cycle times.

What Are We Looking For In A CAD Drafter / Designer Professional?
- Previous AutoCAD experience (minimum 2 years) with a focus on technical drawing creation.
- Ability to be adaptive, versatile and have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision, take directions well, and able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload for maximum productivity.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Ability to learn tasks quickly and efficiently.
