Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance
• Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA certification
• 2+ year caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Ability to report change in condition immediately to proper channels

Wheaton, Naperville, Schaumburg, Aurora, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, and surrounding areas
