What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, social media, and email communications
• Maintain and update customer account information accurately
• Identify customer issues through probing questions and work towards effective resolutions
• Schedule delivery orders and negotiate with new and returning customers
• Handle general customer inquiries, including service orders, contract information, and basic pricing questions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with experience in typing and data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Access

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in handling customer complaints and basic de-escalation techniques
• Familiarity with soft collections and cash handling processes
