In this role, you will work closely with the Document Checking team to review, validate, and track a high volume of candidate documentation. This includes ensuring that all required travel, identification, and employment documents meet company standards and regulatory requirements ahead of deployment schedules.
You will also support the Recruitment team by assisting with candidate processing during peak hiring periods. This collaboration is essential as we prepare for the launch of Beachcomber, where timely document clearance and accurate record‑keeping are critical to meeting operational timelines.
You will also maintain accurate employee movement records, monitor rotation timelines, and proactively adjust travel plans when operational changes arise. Diligence, adaptability, and strong coordination skills are essential, as you will be responsible for resolving any travel‑related issues quickly to keep the operation running smoothly. Additionally, you will stay current with system updates and contribute to improving tools and processes that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of workforce and travel planning.

This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from the MVAS office in Orlando, Florida Monday through Friday each week. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Orlando area. This position also requires work in the evenings and weekends as necessary.
