Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager & Deal Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role blends content creation and social media management with operational deal submission responsibilities, working closely with both our marketing and management teams.
This opportunity is open to both full-time candidates and paid interns looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, finance, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
- Create and publish 1–2 posts per day across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
- Assist in content planning, scheduling, and campaign execution
- Monitor engagement and suggest strategies to improve growth and reach
Deal Submission & Operations
- Review submitted client applications and supporting documents
- Submit deals to appropriate lending partners
- Track deal progress and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with internal team members regarding deal status
- Ensure all submissions meet lender guidelines and requirements
Qualifications
- Interest or experience in social media, marketing, or business operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, social schedulers, and CRM systems ( ZOHO preferred)
- Experience in finance, sales, or lending is a plus but not required
