Managing and updating attendee registration lists and sales-facing trackers
Building and maintaining executive attendee dossiers
Supporting presentation development and program materials
Monitoring program performance, including opportunity influence and engagement metrics
Ensuring all data, reporting, and operational components are accurate and up to date
Business Operations & Leadership Support
Support Monthly Business Executive Review (MBER) updates and reporting inputs
Contribute to bi-weekly leadership review decks for senior stakeholders
Provide inputs and metrics for AMER Field Marketing communications, including newsletters
Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or related roles
Strong operational discipline with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
Experience working across marketing systems (SFDC, Power BI, Cvent, SharePoint)
Highly detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
Strong collaboration skills across Field Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Ability to produce clear, concise, executive-ready outputs
