Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Assistant, located in Garland, TX. The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for supporting the escrow process, coordinating document preparation, managing communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate closings. Key daily tasks include liaising with notaries, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with resolving issues that may arise during the closing process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Escrow and Closings, with a strong understanding of escrow processes and documentation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional client support and maintain clear stakeholder interactions
• Notary Public certification or the ability to obtain one is preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with real estate transactions and escrow software is a plus
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving abilities
