What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing hands-on proficiency with enterprise-level HRIS software and systems thinking.
• Assisting with the organization, classification, and maintenance of sensitive employee data.

• Contributing to the development of HR dashboards and data visualization reports for leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and database management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to provide a written recommendation from an employer or professor.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
