Role Description
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-focused professional to represent our marketing agency and develop business opportunities with enterprise-level companies ($10M+ annual revenue). This is a strategic lead development and business development role that combines research, relationship building, networking, and lead nurturing—all designed to get us in front of decision-makers and ultimately secure new client meetings. No marketing experience necessary.
Reports To: Owner
Employment Type: Part-time Contract/Remote and local to Triad area of NC (with potential for growth for the right candidate)
Hours: 3-4 days per week, up to 5 hours per day (flexible, as long as weekly hours are consistent)
Compensation: Hourly rate (experience based) + bonus structure for qualified meetings and closed deals
