What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule patients for the entirety of visit plans at the beginning of each episode to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize productivity spreadsheets to maintain appropriate staffing levels and report deficiencies to the Clinical Manager
• Process incoming referrals accurately and strive to achieve admission within 24 hours of referral receipt
• Document updates on patient care and scheduling adjustments in communication notes
• Manage patient visits across all disciplines according to the plan of care and monitor underscheduled visits to prevent missed care

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be a High School graduate
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills to address scheduling challenges and operational issues

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in scheduling or coordination roles
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WellSky
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Previous roles that demonstrate effective teamwork and collaboration
