Role: Program Manager
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple
interdependent projects and workstreams across Joveo’s business. You
will work at a level above individual projects — connecting the dots,
managing program-level risk, and ensuring that strategic initiatives
land on time and with impact.
Key Responsibilities:
– Own program delivery across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders
– Define program governance, reporting cadence, and escalation frameworks
– Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints
– Coordinate planning cycles and ensure roadmap alignment across teams
– Report program health and delivery status to senior leadership regularly
– Drive continuous improvement in program delivery practices and tooling
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Significant experience managing large, multi-workstream programs in technology
– Strong understanding of both agile and traditional program delivery frameworks
– Exceptional stakeholder management skills at executive level
– Experience with program tracking tools and executive reporting
– Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational complexity
– PMP, MSP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
