Our client is a global leader in manufacturing technology that specializes in innovative machine solutions that drive precision and efficiency. They are looking to hire a Manufacturing/Applications Manager for their Chicago area office.
Job Title: Manufacturing Manager
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Required Skills
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience ideally with tool and die
- 2+years of managing a team of Application Engineers
- Strong with CAM software-Solidworks, MasterCam, AutoCad and Siemens NX
- Create manufacturing processes by developing cutting programs, tooling, and fixturing solutions
- Design and fabricate fixtures for demos and test cuts
- Act as primary liaison between customers and sales teams
- Knowledge of Siemens NX or Powermill
- Provide support in person and over the phone
- Attend trade shows for CNC Machines
- Ability to travel to customer sites
- Able to go onsite 5 days a week

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Microsoft Office
- Macro programming
Compensation
- $145,000-160,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus
