Turn Grill Attendant Full Time NEW

This position is in Harbor Springs, Michigan.

Chestnut Valley Golf Course is looking for a full-time Turn Grill Attendant with availability starting the week of May 18th through Labor Day weekend, September 7th, 2026. MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER as this position sell and serves alcoholic beverages.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook quick-service menu items (burgers, sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs, brats, breakfast items, etc…) to order.
• Take customer orders at the counter or window, process payments (cash/credit), and provide friendly, timely service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines (handwashing, temperature controls, allergen awareness).
• Clean and sanitize grill area, prep surfaces, utensils, and equipment throughout shift; perform end-of-day cleaning tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or equipment issues to management.
• Help open/close the turn grill, including setting up stations and securing equipment.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and floor staff to coordinate orders and timing, especially during busy tee times and events.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or hazards immediately.

Qualifications:

• Prior fast-casual or grill experience helpful but not required.
• Basic food handling certification or willingness to obtain.
• Cash-handling and POS experience a plus.
• Ability to work standing for long periods, lift up to ~50 lbs, and work outdoors/indoor in varying weather/temperature conditions.

• Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and able to work weekends/early mornings/holidays as golf schedule requires.
