Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic people
advisor to Joveo’s business leaders. You will align people strategy
with business objectives — supporting organizational design, talent
management, and culture as Joveo scales globally.
Key Responsibilities:
– Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and translate them into people strategies
– Support performance management cycles including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning
– Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational challenges
– Collaborate with talent acquisition on workforce planning and hiring priorities
– Lead HR initiatives around engagement, retention, and organizational health
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across relevant jurisdictions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Significant HR business partnering experience in a technology company
– Strong knowledge of HR practices — performance management, ER, and organizational design
– Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders at all levels
– Experience managing HR processes in distributed, remote-first work environments
– Strong analytical skills — comfortable using HR data to diagnose and inform decisions
– Knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage
