Female Caregiver Full Time NEW

Looking for responsible, and compassionate Caregiver to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in personal homes in accordance with an established care plan near Derry, NH.

Responsibilities

• Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) by serving meals and feeding patients as needed; grooming and bathing patients with low mobility; helping patients ambulate; and turning, positioning, and transferring patients.
• Maintains a comfortable, orderly, safe, and clean environment for patients
• Medication reminders as directed by the care plan, nurse, and/or physician
• Preparing each patient’s room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom needs
• Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff
• Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
• Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort

Requirements

• Caregiving or equivalent

Education: High school or GED (preferred)

Works in Homecare set up

• Salary varies with experience
• Overtime varies with the facilities
• Flexible Schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Certified Nursing Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CNA (Preferred)
