At Four Points by Sheraton Fargo Medical Center, we are focused on delivering a comfortable, welcoming, and consistent guest experience. Our Food & Beverage team plays a key role in that experience—from a guest’s first drink to their final check.
We are looking for a Evening Bartender/Server who is friendly, dependable, and takes pride in providing great service while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar and dining area.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, dining, and service areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs
- Follow all alcohol service guidelines and safety standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must meet state requirements for alcohol service
