The McKenny Group is recruiting for multiple General Manager openings on behalf of an established, high-volume restaurant organization with opportunities throughout the United States, including WI, NC, KY, and NE.

We are looking for experienced restaurant leaders with strong P&L ownership, proven operational leadership, and a consistent track record of career longevity and performance. This opportunity is ideal for leaders from family dining, casual dining, buffet, fast food, and quick serve backgrounds who know how to lead teams, manage costs, and drive results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Own P&L, labor management, and cost controls
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational consistency
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers
• Manage staffing, scheduling, retention, and overall productivity
• Ensure strong guest service and a well-run operation
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant General Manager experience required
• Strong high-volume operations background
• Experience with P&L management, labor control, and cost management
• Proven record of stability, tenure, and leadership progression
• Experience leading large teams in a guest-facing operation
• Background in family dining, buffet, casual dining, fast food, or quick serve preferred
• Flexible schedule availability required

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
