What is the company like?

The I Do Society focuses exclusively on paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads) for businesses in the wedding industry. What does compensation include?

• Varies depending on your experience. Senior account managers who have 5+ years advertising experience and 5+ years wedding industry experience earn up to $115,000 annually.
• Monthly healthcare: up to $500
• Monthly tech stipend: $100

What are the job functions?

• Plan, build and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Interface directly with clients via email, text, phone and screencast videos to update them on campaign performance, provide recommendations, and plan new campaigns.
• Collaborate with other team members on advertising-related needs such as conversion tracking set up, landing page development, administrative tasks, etc.
• Keep detailed records of work done, tasks completed and changes made to campaigns.

What existing requirements are there?

• You have at least 3 years of full time experience building & managing ad campaigns for multiple clients at once (in Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.)
• You enjoy analytics and are excited by data-driven information.
• You understand landing page best practices and can provide detailed recommendations on what would make for a great user experience after the click as well.
• You are technologically inclined and you’re always on the lookout for faster and more efficient ways to get things done.
• You’re familiar with consumer paths to conversion and have experience building campaigns for different stages of the sales funnel.
• You have experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• You have experience working with small businesses who may have small ad budgets.

• You are ethical & honest. You present the facts as they are and would never “spin” the data to make a client think something other than what is true. You feel great at the end of the day because you’ve been empathetic, kind and done what is right.
