As a Jewelry & Watch Consultant, you will be responsible for all sales responsibilities in the store that create a 5 star client experience. This includes generating leads, ringing up sales, delivering a professional and educational product presentation, etc. James & Sons provides extensive training in sales techniques, story telling, brand knowledge, etc to support you in accomplishing your sales goals!
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Experience:
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Clean clients jewelry while they are shopping with you
- Provide a beverage delivery service to clients
- Gift wrap purchases
- Assist in housekeeping of the store so that it is always pristine. (product merchandising, glass cleaning, etc)
Clienteling:
- Manage appointments.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients
- Keep up with emails and our CRM system to reply to clients in a timely manner
Sales / Education:
- Stay up to date with industry trends
- Participate in any company training sessions
- Educate clients to encourage a confident and well educated purchasing decision
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales goals and KPIs
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- 1+ year(s) of sales experience
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Business Hours:
Tuesday – Friday 11am-7pm
Saturday 10am-5pm
Sunday 12pm-5pm
Monday closed
