What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and enter student attendance hours into the Pearson Online Classroom
• Review attendance reports and make adjustments based on student participation
• Monitor attendance inquiries through voicemail and email, addressing them promptly
• Collaborate with teachers and administration to resolve attendance concerns
• Accurately input and manage student information in the state reporting system

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of similar administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Proficiency with Google applications (Mail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Intermediate skill level in MS Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a high degree of flexibility
