What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair BMW vehicles using modern factory-level tools
• Handle everything from maintenance to complex drivability and electrical issues
• Perform brake, suspension, engine, and performance work
• Accurately document inspections and recommendations
• Work closely with a team that values communication and accountability
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work—no shortcuts

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a professional technician (BMW experience strongly preferred)
• Strong diagnostic ability—can solve problems, not just replace parts
• Experience with BMW ISTA or equivalent systems
• High level of efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Pride in your work and a no-excuses mindset
• Team player with a professional attitude
