We are on the lookout for an energetic and dedicated Pizza Manager to lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys a top-notch dining experience. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of pizza preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels using POS systems.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor shift operations to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting.
• Support staff in food production, kitchen management, and supervising food handling practices to uphold hospitality standards.

Skills

• Proven management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising, and team management.
• Ability to handle inventory control efficiently while managing budgets and minimizing waste.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
