Description
The Executive Assistant, Channels will provide direct administrative support to the SVP of Channel Sales while also supporting the day-to-day coordination of channel-related marketing and operational activities. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, helping ensure alignment, organization, and follow-through across channel initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — capable of managing executive priorities while also coordinating workflows, tools, and communication that support channel sales efforts. This role is critical in enabling efficiency, visibility, and execution across both executive operations and channel programs.
Executive Assistant, Channels Job Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the SVP of Channel Sales
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics
- Track action items, follow-ups, and priorities to ensure timely execution
- Prepare materials, agendas, and notes for internal and external meetings
- Serve as a point of coordination for communications on behalf of the SVP
- Support coordination of channel sales initiatives and related marketing efforts
- Assist with maintaining and organizing activities within HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing platform)
- Help manage campaign tracking, partner communications, and related workflows
- Coordinate between channel sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Assist in organizing partner-related activities, events, and communications
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and reporting related to channel initiatives
- Help ensure data accuracy and organization across systems and tools
- Support process coordination and continuous improvement efforts across channel workflows
- Provide general administrative and project coordination support as needed
Who You Are:
- At least 4 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or Sales/Marketing Operations role

Experience/Skills Required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
- High attention to detail and follow-through on tasks and action items
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
- Experience coordinating across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Experience/Skills Preferred
- Experience supporting senior leadership (VP/SVP level)
- Exposure to sales, marketing, or go-to-market teams
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with project or workflow coordination across departments
- Ability to support basic reporting, tracking, or data management
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns, or partner-related activities
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)

Pay Range: $70,000 USD – $75,000 USD
