Job Title: .NET Developer (AWS)Overview We are looking for a .NET Developer to help build and maintain cloud-based applications on AWS. This role is hands-on and focused on writing code, supporting services, and collaborating with a broader engineering team in an agile environment.
Location: We have positions open in New York, NY and Fort Mill, SC
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
- Build and consume RESTful APIs
- Contribute to microservices-based applications
- Work with AWS services to deploy and support applications
- Assist with migrating existing applications to the cloud
- Write clean, readable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot bugs and production issues
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in software development
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET
- Some experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience building or consuming APIs
- Familiarity with SQL databases
- Basic understanding of microservices and distributed systems
- Experience using Git or similar version control tools
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, RDS, or EKS
- Familiarity with Docker or container-based development
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka or Kinesis)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in financial services (not required)
- AWS certification (helpful but not required)
