Healthways Home Health Services, Inc. is hiring a Patient Services Coordinator to support daily operations within our home health division. This role focuses on coordinating patient services, managing communication, and assisting with administrative workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient service requests and scheduling
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and internal staff
- Assist with documentation and maintain organized records
- Support office operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates in internal systems
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry, email, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous administrative or healthcare experience is a plus
