Avenzaland, part of Avenza Group of Companies, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Sales Directors to lead revenue growth, build high-performing sales teams, and strengthen market leadership in the real estate sector.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in real estate sales management, team development, and business expansion. The ideal candidate will have the vision and execution ability to scale performance across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales leadership team
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, dealers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, performance management, and market analysis
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
- Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and results
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in real estate
- Strong track record of building teams and delivering revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Existing network in real estate, investor, or business circles preferred
- Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive environment
