What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a territory with an account base of 1000+ various account types
- Conduct daily visits to restaurants to ensure product quality and adherence to handling procedures
- Provide training and support for customers on product utilization and quality standards
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through various communication channels
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the corporate office to resolve issues and provide information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum seven years of experience in business development, customer care, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record; must be able to pass a drug and background screening
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the restaurant industry, particularly fast food
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to gather and analyze data, compile information, and prepare accurate reports
- Leadership aptitude and team player attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
