What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage international orders by coordinating between clients, logistics teams, and customs
• Prepare and verify accurate export documentation, including customs paperwork and bills of lading
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide shipment updates
• Arrange for cargo pickup and delivery, ensuring compliance with air or ocean freight standards
• Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies in documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping
• Understanding of export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in tracking software
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business or logistics is preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with SAP and OTM systems
• Familiarity with international shipping best practices and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
